If you've never been to the NAMM show in Anaheim, California then you are missing quite an experience, especially if you are a musician. Every manufacturer of every instrument and accessory - traditional to modern to exotic - is present and showing off their wares.

80,000 people pack the Anaheim Convention Center. It's crazy noisy, music coming from everywhere. There are solo musicians and DJs and bands playing their hearts out. It's the funniest thing to see a super hot solo guitarist shredding away as people walk by without a glance. Then you'll see a girl playing the fiddle while a guy in a suit jams along with a mandolin surrounded by a crowd. There are small stages and big stages packed with people and great acts...known and unknown.

We had a great show this year. GGH was very well known...to the point of people dragging us into their booths. It was a great experience. My voice was toast at the end of NAMM and took a few days recover from the abuse.

Nevertheless, we perservered and came away with some great footage and a round-up of new gear to review this year. I've already posted these videos, but if you haven't had a chance - take a look at NAMM from our perspective!
