As with most Gator cases, this is built to last. The diced foam allows you to accomodate any configuration. We purchased as a case for wireless mic's and recveivers. We were able to create the custom shapes so that each piece would be organised and protected. It was really easy to remove the diced foam in the exact shape we needed. One drawback was that the lockin clasp on one side would not lineup properly so that it could be locked. We never returned it as we didn't require the use of the locks although we probably should have. Minor detail (for us) although it should be something that is tested before pruchasing.
